Display placard with image of campaign advertisement sponsored by Lincoln C. Bogue as he ran for Judge of the Juvenile Court of Pinellas County in the 5 May 1942 Democratic Primary. As a juvenile judge, Bogue became frustrated with the options available to him in the mid- and late 1940s to offer troubled youth treatment opportunities.
