Abstract

A paper co-written by Smith and Schnur for a History of Libraries seminar in the USF School of Information. The authors reviewed the John C. Briggs Collection of Ichthyology and Natural History and discussed possibilities for cataloging and promoting the collection at a time when the library prepared to move into a new building with a dedicated special collections repository.
