Abstract

Many Reserve Officers' Training Corps cadets received recognitions and honors at an awards ceremony for USFSP ROTC students earlier in the week. Hard work and perseverance have helped many achieve successes thus far. Moral character is emphasized as is the importance of giving one's self. Delivered on 7 April 1989 at a ROTC dinner.
